India Pegs Second-Half Borrowing At 7.9 Trillion Rupees

India will raise 7.9 trillion rupees ($82.4 billion) in the second half of the financial year ending March 31, 2027, largely in line with its planned borrowing for the period, the government said in a statement Friday.
