Oaktree’s Marks Says He Wants a Less Activist Central Bank

Howard Marks, co-chair of Oaktree Capital Management, said he prefers less communication from the Federal Reserve as Chair Kevin Warsh seeks to works to curtail some guidance that he’s said has hamstrung the central bank in recent years.
